Ashok Kumar Bhasin
Our Founder
Ashok Bhasin is the managing partner of BSA LAW with more than 27 years of experience in indirect taxes. He joined the Customs and Central Excise Department in 1976 and later pursued his studies, completing his M.A. in Philosophy and LL.B. from Delhi University. In 1996, he left the Customs Department to practice as an advocate and enrolled under the Bar Council of Delhi. Mr. Bhasin is a member of both the Delhi High Court and Supreme Court Bar Associations and is the recipient of the President of India Award in recognition of his commitment to work and distinguished services.
